- Custom Orders: Custom lighting orders may require a non-refundable deposit.
- Installation: Installation services are subject to scheduling and availability.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping: We ship to USA. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method.
- Delivery: We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
5. Returns and Refunds
- Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase for unused and undamaged products. Custom orders may not be eligible for returns.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Installation Services: Installation service fees are non-refundable.
6. Warranty
- Product Warranty: We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or improper installation.
- Installation Warranty: We warrant our installation services for 30 days.
- Warranty Claims: To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
